Sencrop is a European ag-tech start-up company, based in Euratechnologies (Lille, France), Europe’s third-largest startup accelerator.
Our mission is to empower every farmer to reduce their crop risks and take better decisions, with a positive impact on our planet.
In order to do that, we developed connected ag-weather stations to make it easy to decide the course of action farmers should take in any weather event & make the right agronomic choices at the right time: crop protection/sowing/irrigation etc.

👩🌾 Your objective
We strengthen our presence in Germany in order to satisfy this market's strong interest in our connected & collaborative weather stations.
You will closely work with our B2B account executive and our account manager, both based in Germany.
This means :
- Identify top leads, business opportunities & contribute to lead generation,
- Participe in meetings with farmer's groups & facilitate the commercial presentation,
- Carry out phoning campaign to get in relation with leads and customers, and follow-up/reminder call,
- Help the German sales force, in link with the marketing team,
- Make frequent reports to the Business Development Manager,
- Participate in the company's commercial and product strategy through your feedbacks from the field,
- Attend national & international trade shows and present to visitors our innovative service,
- Lead webinars to present Sencrop's products and services
👌This job is designed for you if :
- You're looking for a VIE contract, and you meet the legal criteries (18 to 28 yo, EU nationality but not the German one)
- You have a first experience in sales and a strong commercial awarness
- You have the sens of initiative, your are optimistic, customer-centric & autonomous
- You have your driver's license
- Our team is international & multicultural : you speak, understrand and write German fluently and have a professional lever or English (any other language such as French is plus!)
