👩🌾 Your goals
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will help define the marketing strategy for the Italy market in relation with the Marketing Team. Based in Italy, you will be the point of contact between the Italy Sales team and the Marketing team. You will make sure the Sales team is aware of the Marketing roadmap and contribute to its success.
1️⃣ Marketing & Communication

Local strategy
- Research and understand the local market and competitive landscape.
- Help identify best targets and business opportunities.

Content creation & Communication
- Source local opportunities for content creation: key players in the country, influencers, influential farmers, etc.
- Source and produce local testimonials: telephone interviews, film production team management
- Translate and proof-read all marketing materials

Manage social media channels in local language
- Reply to comments from customers or prospects
- Write local social media posts to react to trending topics
2️⃣ Sales & Local development
- Research and identify partnership opportunities to develop new networks of stations locally.
- Support the Sales team in developing partnerships.
- Attend and help organise our presence in local trade shows.
- Support Events manager for cross-promotion with partners.
👌This job is designed for you if:
- You have a previous experience in marketing and/or sales
- You know the agricultural sector or have an agronomic education (fruit/vine sector a plus)
- You are proactive and have very good interpersonal skills
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are not afraid to take risks with unfamiliar subjects
- You have a driving licence
- You are fluent in Italian (minimum C1 level). Other languages are a plus.

It takes place in the office, which also gives you a chance to discover our environment!
