Our recruitment process
First step

💌 We receive your application!
We take the time to reply to all applications, and the response time is usually around 2 weeks.
Second step

📞 First exchange by video or phone (20 to 30 minutes)
The aim of this initial discussion is to give you as much information as possible about the company, the job, the team and the environment in which you will be working. Of course, Claire, our Talent Acquisition Manager, will also use this opportunity to ask you a few questions.
At the end of this interview, we will ask you to reconfirm your interest in the position.
Third step

Structured HR interview
The structured HR interview is an important stage in the recruitment process, as it enables us to validate that your knowledge, practical skills, behavioural aptitudes and interpersonal skills are a good match for our needs.
It takes place in the office, which also gives you a chance to discover our environment!
Fourth step

👋🏻 Meet your future manager
It's at this stage that you'll meet your future manager for the first time, ideally at our office in Lille.
Fifth step

👩🏻💻 Use case
This step is not systematic: depending on the position you have applied for, we may ask you to complete a use case (ex: technical exercise, sales brief, etc.).
Sixth step

🌱 Meet our founders!
Michael and Martin, our two co-founders, make it a point of honor to meet every candidate before a job offer is made. This will give you the chance to ask them any final questions you may have!
